Mr. Sanjay Sahay, MA (History), IPS (1989), an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, is the definitive strategic guide and a unique mentor leveraging nearly 32 years high level administrative experience, research, project execution, public speaking, and writing / documentation.
