Mr. Sanjay Sahay

— Chief Mentor & Strategic Advisor, PrepAlpine

Mr. Sanjay Sahay, MA (History), IPS (1989), an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, is the definitive strategic guide and a unique mentor leveraging nearly 32 years high level administrative experience, research, project execution, public speaking, and writing / documentation. From heading districts as SP to Head of Recruitment of the Kosovo Police Service, under United Nations, to leading Karnataka police computerization on four occasions, to successfully spearheading humungous IT projects to working as an Election Observer in the Bastar area he has seen it all. He was awarded the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Services and two UN Medals for his service rendered in Kosovo and Sudan. He blends policing, governance and technology at all levels and across geographies.

He cracked the Indian Civil Services exam in his first (Indian Customs & Central Excise Service) and second attempts (IPS) only and did not pursue the third. In last more than three decades, he has established himself as a practitioner, executioner and an avid academician. Teaching and disseminating knowledge have been his calling in life. He embodies cutting edge knowledge. For communication mastery, he is a renowned professional public speaker (over 1400 keynotes), one of India’s most prolific writers, (DailyPost, 3300+ editions), and a prominent national TV panelist.

He mentored Young India Fellows at Ashoka University. Currently, he is Resource Person on Public Policy at St. Stephen’s Center for Advanced Learning (SCAL) and as the Founder and Mentor for the Center of Excellence for Computer Vision Research at RV College of Engineering, besides being a tech entrepreneur (Founder Director, TechConPro). Mr. Aditya Mishra brings specialized expertise in Agentic Workflows and Multimodal AI to the team. An IIT Kanpur graduate with an AIR 182 in JEE Advanced and a Regional Mathematics Olympiad Gold Medal, he combines mathematical intuition with elite coding skills—evidenced by a Rank 45 in ACM ICPC and a 5-star CodeChef profile.

Currently an AI Researcher at Google, he specializes in NLP and Agentic capabilities. His work is defined by a push for efficiency and autonomy; from optimizing TPU usage in PromptMind to leveraging advanced model training techniques like LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) on Gemini to architect custom enterprise solutions. He is currently focused on building next-generation autonomous agents utilizing advanced Gemini Audio models capable of seamless, human-like voice interaction.

His immersion in the field predates the current LLM boom. At University College London (UCL), he pioneered NLP techniques for Static Analysis on Clang Compiler, applying probabilistic models to code structure long before it became an industry norm.
