Mr. Sanjay Sahay, MA (History), IPS (1989), an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, is the definitive strategic guide and a unique mentor leveraging nearly 32 years high level administrative experience, research, project execution, public speaking, and writing / documentation. From heading districts as SP to Head of Recruitment of the Kosovo Police Service, under United Nations, to leading Karnataka police computerization on four occasions, to successfully spearheading humungous IT projects to working as an Election Observer in the Bastar area he has seen it all.
